Good nutrition

During the diet, as well as afterwards, you should change your nutrition to alkaline forming foods. That means mainly fruit, vegetables and salads. But you do not have to abstain from eating meat, fish, milk products, bread and cereal. It is important to find the right balance!

Fruit, vegetables, salads and juices are alkaline rich. Especially good are dried fruits like black currents, fennel and green cabbage. Protein foods like meat, fish, sausage, cheese, bread and cereals are acid forming. Proteins contain sulphuric and phosphoric amino acids which produce acids by decomposition. Yoghurt, cream cheese and milk are less acidic, however, whey is alkaline forming. Sweets, fats and oil are neutral and neither acidic nor alkaline.
