Recommondation of consumption
Dissolve 60 g (10 measuring spoons) of soluble drink powder into 1 litre water and drink up to 2 litres per day if required.
Ideally suited for the preparation is the Basica Sport drinking bottle (obtainable in pharmacies, PZN: 8655410).
For intensive endurance sports (running, cycling, and soccer):
- 2 hours before the sporting activity: 250 to 500 ml Basica® Sport, to supply the body with fluid and energy.
- Shortly before the exercise: 125 to 250 ml Basica® Sport, to take in additional fluid and energy.
- During the exercise: every 15 to 20 minutes at least 125 to 250 ml Basica® Sport, to avoid fluid deficits.
- Immediately after the training or competition: 250 to 500 ml Basica® Sport, to stock up on fluid and carbohydrates again.
With milder forms of exercise and in the popular and health sports area: Drink half a litre of Basica® Sport daily distributed throughout the day.

Information for diabetics:
One litre (60 g) of Basica® Sport corresponds to 4 carbohydrate units or 926kJ (218 kcal).
